About Marc

Let’s Reach Your Goals Together

With 10+ years of work experience in finance, public policy and research across North America, Europe and the Caribbean, I am a global leader with a multidisciplinary background in education, finance, business and public administration. With outstanding rigor and kindness, strong familiarity with AI, my leadership is recognized through many awards.

Growing up in Haiti with less than 1% students attaining a university degree, I was determined to change the narrative – not just for myself, but for countless others like me.

As a Chevening scholar at LSE, I was inspired by Churchill’s words: “You make a living by what you get; you make a life by what you give.”

In response, I co-founded Maximax in 2016, a social enterprise helping students secure full scholarships to world-class universities. From 2016 to 2022, Maximax helped 50 mentees secure $1.5 million in scholarships at top universities, with 80% being first-generation college students.

At Harvard, where I earned a master’s degree in education policy, I amplified my impact by representing 14,000 graduate students on the Harvard Graduate Council. My peers recognised my dedication by electing me Class Marshal for the 2023-2024 cohort and nominating me for prestigious awards.

Looking ahead, I aim to help 1,000 Caribbean students secure $25 million in scholarships by 2030.
